We will never

  • Ask for your online banking passwords, PINs or one-time codes.
  • Ask you to move money to a 'safe account'.
  • Change our bank details, or ask you to change a beneficiary's, by email or message alone.
  • Pressure you to act immediately.

Always verify

Our emails only come from addresses ending @amramfx.co.uk. If anything about a payment instruction looks unusual — especially new or changed bank details — stop and call us on +44 7777 764375, using this number rather than one given in the message.

Payment redirection fraud often starts with a convincing email that appears to come from a supplier or colleague. A short phone call to a known number is the best protection.

If you think something's wrong

Contact your bank immediately, then tell us at info@amramfx.co.uk. You can also report fraud to the police through the UK's national fraud reporting service.

How we protect your information

This website is served over encrypted HTTPS, collects only what's needed to answer your enquiry, and never asks for payment or banking credentials. See our Privacy notice for how enquiry information is handled.
