Who we are

This website is operated by AmramFX Limited (company number 16420490, registered in England and Wales; registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London; trading office 58 Clarendon Road, Watford WD17 1DA). We are the data controller for the personal information described in this notice.

Questions about this notice or your information: info@amramfx.co.uk or +44 7777 764375.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us or what is needed to run the website:

  • Consultation requests — your name, company, email, phone, and your answers about the services, volumes, currencies, business type and timeline you're interested in. When you choose Send enquiry, the website prepares an email with these details and opens it in your own email app (or Gmail or Outlook, if you pick those); nothing is sent until you press send there, and it reaches us at info@amramfx.co.uk like any other email.
  • Partner enquiries — platform type, regions, integration interest, licence or registration reference, and contact details.
  • Messages and calls — anything you send us by email or phone.
  • Technical information — our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
  • Browser preferences — two small settings described in the Cookie policy. We don't currently run analytics.

How we use it, and why we're allowed to

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation — our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before any agreement.
  • To introduce you to a regulated partner when you ask us to — our legitimate interest, and yours, in getting the service set up. The partner then becomes responsible for the information it collects under its own privacy notice.
  • To keep the website secure and improve it — our legitimate interest in running a safe, working site.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations — where the law requires it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers who host the website and deliver our emails, under contracts that require them to protect your information and use it only on our instructions.
  • Our regulated partners, when you ask us to introduce you or proceed with a service.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, regulators, law enforcement or courts, where required by law or to protect our rights.

International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK's approved international data transfer agreements.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a service are kept for up to 24 months, so we can follow up and handle any questions, then deleted. If you become a client, information is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these, contact us — we will respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk — though we'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Keeping it safe

The website is served over encrypted connections, enquiry emails reach a mailbox that only our team can access, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it. See Security for how to spot fraud.
